Limbiq3D Support
If something breaks or you need help with the app, report it from Limbiq3D and we’ll get the details we need to fix it.
This is product and technical support for Limbiq3D — not clinical or medical advice.
How to get help
The primary path is the in-app bug report. It needs a network connection.
1
Open Settings in Limbiq3D
2
Tap Support → Report a bug
3
Describe the issue, add your email, attach helpful evidence, then Send report
What you can include
Required: Title, Description, and Email. Device model, iOS version, and app version/build are filled in automatically — you can edit the phone model and iOS version if needed.
What went wrong + steps
Title, description, and optional steps to replicate. The clearer the path, the faster we can reproduce it.
Contact email
Required so we can reply. Name and additional info are optional.
Photos of the setup / failure
Up to 5 photos of what you tried to scan or what went wrong.
Relevant scans
Attach library scans as .limbiqscan packages when they help diagnose the issue.
Debug log
Recommended. Included by default; you can turn it off before sending.
Limits: up to 12 files total, 100 MB per file. Submit with Send report. On success you’ll see that your report has been sent to the Limbiq3D team.
What happens next
Your report is stored by the Limbiq3D backend and delivered to support@limbiq3d.com.
Device and app details travel with the report so we can reproduce issues faster. We’ll reply to the email you provided when we have something useful to ask or share.
If you can’t use Report a bug
Use email or share diagnostics manually when the in-app form isn’t available.
Email support@limbiq3d.com with:
- What you were doing
- Device and iOS version
- App version if known
- Screenshots if useful
Optionally share the debug log from Settings → Diagnostics → Share debug log (share sheet), or AirDrop a scan bundle that can include the debug log.
Privacy
Bug reports may include contact details, description text, photos, selected scans, and a debug log. Scans and photos can contain patient-related clinical content — only attach what is needed to diagnose the issue.
Data is sent only when you submit a report, or when you manually share a log. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
